Whether you are a small new company just starting out or you're a new subsidiary of Google, we have structured our rates to be as low as possible and have a flat rate structure for all advertisers regardless of size and budget. We have the lowest rates in the industry on a CPM basis, which is not the same as having the lowest rates.
